June 7, 2009 – Announcing the Cars Cares Racer Grab Bag!

So, you want a Cars Cares racer?  (Original Cars Cares Custom Racer Announcement) Well, here’s your first chance!

In one of these ten boxes is a Cars Cares custom racer(#4/10)!  Every box also contains at least two Disney/Pixars Cars related items.

So, how do you get a box?  Simple!  Starting at 9:00 PM Eastern time Monday, June 8, 2009, donate at least $25.00 to the Cars Cares program via the “Donate” button on the Cars Cares “Donate” page, or via Paypal to the email address of donate@carscares.org.

The first ten donations of at least $25.00 will receive one of the boxes pictured above, shipped free in the US.  International supporters are welcome, but a shipping charge of an additional $10 will be required, making the minimum donation for international supporters $35.00.

So, for a donation to the program, you can have the chance at owning one of the Cars Cares custom racers! 

Which box is the racer in?  I don’t know!  All of the packages are now sealed, and unmarked.  My two kids took them out of the room, mixed them up, and brought them back to me… I have no way of telling which box the Cars Cares custom racer is in!

Here are the official rules:

• Donations must be submitted after 9:00 PM Eastern time on Monday June 8, 2009, via the “Donate” button on the ”Donate” page of CarsCares.org, or via Paypal to the email address of donate@carscares.org.
• Donations must be minimum $25.00 for US residents, or $35.00 for International.
• Only one package per person maximum, and one package per household & Paypal account.
• Event will remain open until ten qualifying donations are received, then this article will be edited and show “EVENT CLOSED” at the top, and on the home page crawl of CarsCares.org.
• You are guaranteed to receive a minimum of two Disney/Pixar Cars items for your donation.
• There is only one Cars Cares custom racer (#4/10) randomly in one of these ten packages.
• Any donations received after the first ten will be notified that their donation did not qualify for the event, and will be offered a full refund.
• Any donations that are received prior to the listed start time of the event, or that do not meet the minimum donation rule will be notified of such, and will be offered a full refund.  Additionally, that donation will not be counted in any way for the event.
• All packages will be shipped the next business day following the close of the event.
• Packages will be selected for donating individuals on a random basis prior to shipping.
• Rules may be changed without notice at discretion of the Director of Cars Cares.
